I have an affinity for working with individuals who are longing for change, meaningful connection, and internal safety. Many have gone through life feeling unseen, at the mercy of, or in the shadows of others making it difficult to establish boundaries, self-compassion, and authentic connection. If you can relate and are having a difficult time with anxiety, depression, complex trauma/developmental trauma, ADHD, Adult Autism Spectrum, religious/spiritual wounding, sexuality, and/or other situations that have left you feeling disconnected from the life you want to live, you are not alone, it can be different.
In the 18+ years of experience I have gained a multitude of experience using a variety of approaches to treatment and found that the only way to true transformation is treating the whole person, not just the mind. I specialize in combining my traditional psychotherapy with more holistic approaches like Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, and parts work.
I approach the therapeutic relationship in a way that is interpersonal and connected focusing individually on each person with whom I work. Many clients have reflected back to me that my open and heartfelt approach is welcoming, straightforward yet loving, and provides a safe atmosphere for exploring, sharing, learning, and lasting change.
