I am passionate about empowering clients to find peace and self-compassion, reduce distress, and reclaim their lives. I work with teens and adults helping them bravely transition from a state of survival to one of thriving.
I utilize various trauma-informed treatment techniques tailored to each client's specific needs and concerns for therapy. These include EMDR, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), compassion-focused therapy, talk therapy, and life coaching, just to name a few.
