As a marriage and family therapist, I have been successful in helping individuals re-create and maintain enjoyable relationships throughout their lives. My goal as a clinician is to help you and your loved one(s) learn to build loving, trusting, understanding and safe environments and relationships that enable recovery, moving forward and healing. I love to see you and your loved one(s) smile again! My main clinical specialty is treating children, teens and adults who have experienced traumatic events. I have successfully treated depression, anxiety, addiction, affairs, divorce, grief and loss, stress, etc.
I utilize different therapeutic approaches such as: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, art and play therapy techniques. I look at the issue from a systemic lens and take in consideration family and cultural differences.
