I am passionate about helping you heal. As a therapist, my primary focus is on the overall wellness and goals of my client. I use a client-centered approach while providing trauma-informed and evidence-based methods to help you achieve what is really important to you. Areas of specialty include trauma, anxiety, life transitions, coming of age issues, depression, attachment, relationship issues, grief, chronic illness and coping with stress and loss.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the States of Utah and Idaho. I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Boise State University. I have been EMDR trained since 2014. I also utilize mindfulness modalities, cognitive behavioral therapy, and clinical yoga, among other methods. I offer both face-to-face and telehealth services.

"Gentle Yoga for the Overwhelmed" is a Trauma-sensitive, all-level yoga class. Yoga is an excellent somatic intervention to complement therapy, or as a stand-alone therapeutic intervention. This yoga will be focused on choice, tuning into your body, and practicing tools to help you self-regulate emotions and physical responses, on and off the mat. Women's Self-Compassion Workshop
A 6-Week Group Workshop offered Quarterly. Enrollment is required. If you are interested in joining the next session, please contact me. Cost is $50/week. This 6-week series is for female-identified individuals. We will learn to practice self-compassion through experiential methods, while also incorporating gentle yoga, mindfulness, and meditation into the workshop.
