Hi! I'm Aleshia. I want to assist you in building a well-balanced life. If you are interested in more than traditional talk therapy, or you want to move off the couch and into a role as an active participant in your holistic health, then I am your person. I will assist you in creating a strong, resilient outlook where you become mindful of your present moment and the active director of your future. I use positive psychology (gratitude, optimism, resiliency, creativity, nature, etc.) techniques to increase your happiness and improve your life. I am certified as a positive psychology coach through the U of U. I also work as a Recreational Therapist for Huntsman Mental Health Institute and I have a visual arts degree.
I will meet with you one on one, with your partner, or in a group setting. I can work with you in the comfort of my office or we can venture out into the world together to your favorite hiking spot, park, or coffee shop. I am inclusive with all peoples and I work on a sliding scale. I am excited to get to know you and assist you on your journey.
