My therapeutic approach is eclectic; I employ the use of EMDR and Brainspotting which are an adjunctive modality to talk therapy that addresses trauma. I also use elements of Dialectical Behavior and Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques to unearth the hidden pain and process it with you into adaptive fibers of resiliency.
