I work with Family Solutions Counseling to provide innovative, skilled, trauma-informed and caring service to help life change for you. I have over 22 years of experience working with all ages and all kinds of emotional challenges. Some of the most common are relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. EMDR is a highly effective trauma treatment which has helped many of my clients permanently. Together we can help your and/or your family member to create an effective and specific plan for change. We at Family Solutions Counseling can help you grow!
I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) which has proven to significantly reduce disturbance caused by big and small traumas. I also use ACT, CBT and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) that help people with critical coping strategies that will help you prepare for trauma work, or for whatever lies ahead for you.
I've been married many years and have 6 children. I've attended BYU, USU and U of U. I enjoy helping people from any background, belief, religion, sexual orientation, or perspective.
