Chris Cavin, LCSW, our Clinical Director, is a former Zen monk with over 22 years of meditation practice and 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist. We also have therapists trained in EMDR to help you process and resolve trauma quickly. We offer complete psychological evaluations and ongoing psychotherapy and medication prescription management if needed. We also have an extensive network of community partners when and if referrals are necessary.
We offer mindfulness based psychotherapy as well as EMDR to process trauma and medication management. We accept most insurance and you can schedule online or call and we can get you in within 48 hours.
