My specialty areas of focus in therapy have been relationships, loss of a child, grief and loss, women's issues, adoption-related issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, obesity, bariatric surgery assessment, weight loss, self-image, self-esteem and body image and the working with the LGBTQIA community. My career began in the field of Substance Abuse. From there I have been working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults with various mental diagnoses over the past 13 years. I am involved in various Human Rights campaigns and a firm believer in equality. My philosophy is simple, provide no-nonsense, affordable care for the people.

My treatment approach places an emphasis on the mind-body relationship and is both experiential and pragmatic. I specialize in the treatment of mood and behavior-related disorders as well as culture-based identity conflict. I work with families, adolescents, teens, and individuals to help them develop deeper connections to themselves, and stronger more fulfilling relationships with others, resulting in increased vitality, improved quality of life, and joy.
