Couples: A Gottman Method couples counselor (Level II), I guide couples to improve listening, build connection, & rebuild trust. Trauma: I help you navigate crisis by teaching effective coping skills without reliving painful details. Teens & parents find a great deal of success working with me because of my direct approach and 25 years of experience.
I receive consistent feedback that I understand peoples' perspectives with compassion and competence, whether it is a couple dealing with conflict, or a teenager struggling to get their parents to understand how they feel.
