I will have limited openings for new clients beginning in February 2024. I focus on treating young adults (18+) and women's issues. I am familiar with the unique problems young adults deal with in this age of technology and social media and their impact on self esteem and relationships/friendships as well as life transitions. I see individuals with various issues including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, social anxiety, self esteem issues, self harm, family conflict, issues surrounding social media, entering college, relationship problems, PTSD, as well as victims of physical, emotional, sexual abuse.
I am a former adjunct professor at Texas A&M - Corpus Christi. I taught Close Relationships (couples) classes as well as several other Psychology based classes. I have also done speaking on Rules in a Successful Relationship, as well as speaking on the effects of Bullying on adolescents.
