There are those days when just getting out of bed is difficult. Having someone help manage struggles and figuring life out is important. This is where I come in, helping those who are stuck, lost, hopeless and who cannot figure out what’s going on inside, feeling there is no way out, or even making unhelpful choices in life. Possibly a teenager or young adult scared about life or the future and managing stress. This is why I am here.
I meet clients where they are. We work together to help clients regain control and happiness their lives they deserve. I have experience working with Depression, Bi-polar, Anxiety, Loneliness, PTSD, ADD, ADHD and ODD, marriage/relationship, family and transitioning through divorce or life changes, including starting over.
I understand the dynamics of helping families heal from brokenness and divorce, conflict and individuals just trying to get their feet back on the ground or to once again find help and joy in life.
