Making the choice to seek counseling is a courageous one. I will guide you through the therapy process in a safe and caring atmosphere that will foster trust and help you make the changes you desire. I have over 10 years of experience helping individuals, couples, families find peace and healing in their life struggles. It's a courageous step to face the emotional wounds we are carrying and to begin the journey of healing our wounds in order to find joy in our lives again. I will help you along the way to facilitate this healing process.
I have a flexible and integrative approach to therapy with theoretical frameworks in relational therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and expressive arts (sand tray, art modalities). I have clinical interests in couples/marital problems, grief work, depression/anxiety, and trauma.
I am bilingual in spanish and presently provide therapy services in my private practice in San Antonio, TX.
