With these strategies, adolescents and adults have been able to develop healthier coping skills and the ability to thrive.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and have helped clients overcome numerous adversities including substance use, grief, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties to name a few.
