I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor specializing in adolescents, adults and those in the helping field. I am a trauma informed therapist who works diligently to assist her clients in feeling safe within the therapeutic process. I work with clients of all ages, with a variety of challenges, including but not limited to, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, family issues, stress, anxiety, self-harm, adjustment issues and mood disorders.
My private practice has a grounded, realistic approach. I meet clients where they are and we work together to make their daily lives more manageable and enjoyable by addressing problematic coping skills, self-sabotaging behaviors or traumatic experiences.
I strive to create a compassionate and comfortable space where deep exploration and healing can happen safely. My role is supporting clients as a nurturing, relational guide and advocate.
