As a Certified EMDR therapist I utilize EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and personalized blends of evidence-based techniques which help clients develop strategies, skills, and insight to achieve wellness and balance in their lives. I am trained Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Multicultural trained and work with individuals from all walks of life.
