I really enjoy the work that I do as a professional counselor. I like the fact that this work is my first choice of profession and not my fall back or secondary job. I believe my core principle in doing this work is to focus on quality of work over quantity of clients. My goal is to provide the very best effort for each client I am fortunate enough to encounter to help them find their best solutions. I do not offer teletherapy. Only in-person.

I work a great deal with individuals, adolescents, and families on issues ranging from communication, emotional management, defiance, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar, decision making, respect for authority, and learning to see benefits of following laws, rules, and social norms.
