I take a person-centered approach and work to facilitate for my clients greater self-awareness through their life experiences which should lead to increased confidence, independence, mental health, and the capacity to effectively navigate the complex challenges of life.

Settings: individual counseling office, children's residential home, homeless/transitional shelter, domestic violence center, substance abuse facility, behavioral and mental health hospital.
