I work with individuals, both adult and adolescent, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, and a family systems approach. Typical topics include depression, anxiety, emotional pain, parenting, marital and relationship challenges. I help my clients find solutions to move from where they are to where they want to be.
