I work with women who are considering or approaching major life transitions or milestones. Those who are smart and ambitious and tend towards perfectionism which leaves them questioning themselves and experiencing stress and worry. Those who are entering a new decade, deciding to switch careers, contemplating marriage and/or parenthood, all the while navigating daily stressors and everyday lives. I work with individuals who are looking to be kinder to themselves and figure out what they really want.
I provide a empathic, inviting environment to explore difficult topics. I incorporate self-compassion and introspection into every session to allow for understanding and acceptance. I help clients navigate external pressures or expectations and understand how the past informs the present.
I believe that we are not what we struggle with. Instead, we are experiencing the emotional impacts of an unpleasant experience. Your worries, fears, and self-doubt will always be met with compassion and empathy. I am honored to do this kind of work alongside you.
