My name is Jamie Pease and I am a LICSW in Rhode Island. I have been working for over 16 years as a committed therapist who is here to help guide you through life’s challenges. I try my best to help my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. I will work hard with you so you can enjoy life, as I believe in finding happiness and reaching your goals, be they big or small!
I have experience helping with stress from things happening at home, at work or in relationships. I specialize working with adults who identify or feel neurodivergent, anxious, depressed, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I enjoy working with other therapists or those in a helping role and supporting you to have healthy boundaries.
