Current practice is provided 100% through telehealth. I work with preteens, teens, and adults, holding a certification for the treatment of Child and Adolescent Anxiety as well as a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies. I place high value on providing compassionate, holistic care for each person and family I work with. I will work collaboratively with you and/or your child to uncover strengths and problem solving abilities, broaden self-awareness, increase distress tolerance, and when appropriate to decrease the body's overactive response to anxiety and stress. Together we will identify pathways to reach your therapeutic goals.
I specialize in treating internal and external responses to anxiety and trauma, which include depression, anxiety, PTSD, behavioral changes, eating disorders, and attachment issues. I utilize a bottoms-up treatment approach, focusing on teaching how the body's systems can hold anxiety and trauma and then working on developing resources and coping strategies.

Child Anxiety Relief - 8 week telehealth
This group is currently being delivered via telehealth. New session begin 4/24/24. This 8 week group focuses on teaching children ages 9-11 about anxiety and skills to manage in daily life. This will include education about anxiety, learning how to recognize the body's natural responses to anxiety, and skills to manage both anxious thoughts and body sensations.
