** CURRENTING NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS ** We each do our best to survive whatever circumstances life throws at us. Sometimes, the things we do to survive are not as effective as they once were. We may need to consider other ways to cope or enhance those that we already have. Therapy can be a way to do that. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental place for you to explore ways to feel better and to understand your distress. Working together, we will find the path that works best for you.
My work has focused on helping people overcome past and present hardships as well creating the futures they want. My specialties include anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship concerns, grief and loss, LGBQA concerns, gender identity and transgender concerns, depression, identity development, and sexual health issues.
At Wilder Therapy and Wellness, our clinicians practice in a way that honors you as a whole person and the context in which you live. We take a holistic and culturally competent approach that acknowledges the complexity of your life, your experiences and your world.
