I specialize in counseling adults experiencing acute stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, panic, phobia, OCD, PTSD and the effects of growing up in dysfunctional family settings (ACA).
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional w/expertise in several approaches to treatment: CBT, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, Exposure Therapy for OCD/Phobia (ERP), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Expressive Writing/Narrative techniques.
