As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I provide therapy services to individuals, couples and families on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to pre-marital, adolescents, blended/stepfamilies, anxiety/stress, anger, divorce, midlife issues. Therapy is goal oriented utilizing a professional, educational and empathetic approach. As a certified anger management specialist-diplomat (NAMA), I facilitate weekly anger management workshops for individuals and groups. A certificate of completion is available for court-mandated individuals.

Anger Management Workshop

Due to COVID restrictions, only telehealth individual sessions are being offered at this time. Our workshop consists of 7 sessions in addition to an initial intake session -court-mandates are welcomed. Certificate of completion available. Sessions include topics such as unhealthy/healthy behaviors, stress coping skills, relaxation techniques, distorted thinking patterns, irrational belief systems, learned behaviors and relapse prevention tools. Facilitated by a certified anger management specialist-1 (NAMA). Currently being offered Mon-Fri between the hours of 9-5 and based upon availability. Call for more information.
