I am a licensed mental health counselor with close to a decade of experience in the field. I provide a client-centered, safe, nonjudgmental space to help foster growth and positive changes. In my practice, I utilize an eclectic approach to meet the individualized needs of each person. My hope is to help people live their best lives.

We have been helping people learn how to make the changes they want since 2008. Relationship woes? Existential Angst? Have a troubled teen or child in trouble? Feel stuck your life? You are not alone. There are other people out here going through this too. This is temporary. We will reach out to you, discuss your needs, and pair you with a therapist familiar with your needs. I have trained and specialize in several modalities such as CBT, Family Therapy, Group Therapy in addition to treatment for substance and alcohol use disorders and process addictions. I provide ongoing assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy and treatment planning to a socio-culturally diverse adult and adolescent population diagnosed with a full-spectrum of psychiatric disorders including bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety-related disorders, substance abuse and dependence, PTSD, ADHD, Trauma related issues and Family and relationship issues amongst others.

The Psychotherapy and Counseling Center offers psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. Our director, Zoia Sizgoric, LCSW, has over 20 years experience in helping others just like you reach their goals. We focus on your strengths and offer support and guidance to help you overcome difficult times in your life. We provide treatment for depression, anxiety/phobias, trauma, domestic violence, ADHD, behavioral problems, anger management, eating disorders, difficulties at work, and marital or family problems. Dr. Michele Winchester-Vega and Associates is a group private practice with over 10 LICENSED professionals that specialize in a variety of modalities and treatment specialties.
