Along with training in individual, family and couples therapy, I bring my experience as a man growing and adjusting to a changing world. I specialize in working with men struggling in relationships with women, their children, other men -- all aspects of their lives in a world that has most of us questioning what is right, wrong or, just best. I bring this same sensitivity and experience to my work with women.
I feel very strongly that shame is central to what keeps us stuck. Releasing shame allows us to look at ourselves "just where we are", and then make some clear decisions as to where we want to go.
