I use mindfulness, CBT skills and ACT approaches to help my clients manage their discomfort and work toward their goals. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in clinical work.

I currently only provide tele-health services to clients residing in the state of New York. This modality allows my clients to receive services from a safe location of their choosing.
