There is no need to face some of life's challenges alone. The mission of my practice is to offer individuals, couples and families, a safe place to explore all of life's possibilities.
Using emotionally focused treatment, I help people clarify needs, develop improved coping strategies and heal from conditions such as anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. As a traditionally trained psychodynamic therapist, I also offer hypnosis, stress reduction, and EMDR.
For every client who commits to quiting smoking, I will make a donation in their name to the American Lung Association or American Cancer Society. I am committed to this process.
I also have expertise in assisting individuals with seizure disorders and other neurological conditions.
