I specialize in working with "emerging adults" or those who are 18-25 y.o. I help in navigating life transitions and processing emotions, thoughts, and experiences that cause distress. I also specialize in processing feelings such as worry, guilt, and sadness, as well as, peace, contentment, and joy.
With an eclectic therapeutic approach, I tailor my services to each person's unique needs, employing three main modalities: Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness or Somatic based therapies, and Expressive Arts Therapies.
With over a decade of clinical experience, my therapeutic approach emphasizes developing autonomy, emotional-regulation, forming meaningful relationships, and exploring identity. My practice is deeply rooted in fostering emotional balance, clarity, and self-compassion.
