Step Ahead is a small strength-based group practice set up in a home like atmosphere. We work with all ages and include couples and family therapy. Our therapist are experienced in many evidenced-based practices including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing as well as Trauma based therapy. However, we believe our most valuable asset is to make others feel comfortable,safe, and welcome.

My name is Ashley and I am a healer, therapist, doula, and educator.
