Counseling can help you find understanding and peace of mind. I am a skilled clinician who will offer you insight, support and understanding, and will be a warm and compassionate guide in your healing process. I am an active therapist, meaning I readily engage in conversation and problem solving, and see it as a privilege to walk with you on your journey to a more contented life.
I enjoy working with people who are facing a variety of life and family challenges and am a calm presence in difficult circumstances. Due to my years of experience working with people with mental health issues, chronic health problems, cancer, and disabilities, I believe I may be especially helpful.
On a personal note, I enjoy nature, walks in the woods, reading and singing. Professionally, I am particularly interested in applying my clinical skills to work with clients in the faith community.
