I work primarily with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, gender identity concerns, relationship problems, and LGBTQ issues. I work mainly from a psychodynamic and relational model, utilizing Attachment-based, Eclectic, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, and Trauma Focused therapies. After years in social services, I was driven by curiosity and longing to better understand relationships, so I became a Marriage and Family Therapist.
