Groups
Bereavement Group
Finding a way to live with the loss of one we have loved is the among the greatest of life's challenges - as our life, and the lives of all those close to us - transform radically by so profound a wound. In this group we will learn that healing begins by sharing our stories with each other. We will remember and validate all that bond was - and continues to mean - on every level of our existence, while learning healthier ways to grieve, find peace and open new unexplored areas of our lives. Families & Partners Coping with Addiction
Is someone you love abusing a substance, engaging in an addictive behavior or in early recovery? If so you know that the life of a partner or family member is every bit as chaotic as the life of the addict; days and weeks become a series of never-ending painful events. If you feel imprisoned in this relentlessly debilitating cycle you are not alone. In this group we'll listen closely to each others experiences, examine co-dependency, ACOA issues, learn how to better navigate changing family relationships, and process the painful emotions associated with loving someone struggling with addiction.
