I am a highly experienced EMDR and Hypnotherapist specializing in trauma. Untreated trauma can result in anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, and relationship issues. The body remembers trauma which can be expressed in physical ailments or pain. Talk therapy may have limitations that can be more effectively addressed by these other techniques.
