I have over twenty years of outpatient behavioral health(psychotherapy) experience and hold a vital position with The NYS Office of Mental Health. I am down to earth and my priority is creating a comfortable and safe environment for each client.
I utilize key components of the traditional Psychoanalytic model, and a more modern, solution focused approach that includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy and DBT to get immediate long lasting results that clients can start to integrate into their lives to improve their relationships, find joy and satisfaction, and meet their goals.
