I work with life's transitions, partners being on different timelines regarding parenthood, depression, anxiety, challenges of being single in a couples world, changes in career or breaks in relationships, romantic or familial. I am interactive, empathetic. My goal: connect you with your inner strengths, build up your self-esteem, and move towards the next steps of your lives.
My practice looks at family, couples, parents, and their communication patterns, and helps break destructive habits in relationships. We explore various ways to understand thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. No judgment, or criticism: I listen, join and reframe the issues in new, more adaptive ways with practical, helpful, immediate tools for change.
I do therapy in English and in French, an office in Manhattan and one in Westchester. I have experience with changing countries and cultures, divorce, being single, single parenting and stepfamily issues.
