I focus on helping my clients reflect on personal issues in order to better understand them and make the positive changes they desire to make.
I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults to help them understand and better manage anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, family/relationship conflict, grief and loss, issues related to chronic health conditions, and other challenges that are part of a person's complex journey through life.
I seek to establish a collaborative relationship with my clients in a therapeutic environment that is nurturing and safe. I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities, including evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as techniques to manage stress and promote clarity and relaxation.
