I am a skilled and experienced psychotherapist and certified yoga teacher offering an eclectic, individualized and holistic approach to clients. I provide ongoing or short term support, guidance and skills to those having difficulty coping with life transitions, dysfunctional patterns of thinking or behaviors and traumatic events. I treat adults, children and families who are open and willing to participate in self-discovery and find deeper connection to their truest self. I believe the frenzied pace of our frenetic lifestyle often prevents us from connecting with our own wisdom. I take great joy in helping others envision and manifest their potential.

The Hudson Valley Center for Development is a Mt. Sinai associated mental health services practice created in 2007 to meet the emotional needs of adults, children, adolescents, and families in Orange County and the lower Hudson Valley.
