I am an individual and family therapist with over fourteen years of experience. Formerly the Clinical Director of a leading eating disorder treatment center in Manhattan, I founded Healing on Hudson, a boutique and specialized group practice.
I'm most known for being an "eating disorder expert," but I also specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, body image, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is to blend science with true connection. My clients often say that I am "structured yet unconditionally supportive". All bodies are "Summer Bodies." Our virtual body image group is run by Samantha Renfree, LPC, and is a 1 hour per week virtual body image group where we target body image with researched skills for success! This group is rooted in "anti-diet culture", and is a brave space where participants can process the experience of having a body. Clients will be armed with better tools to cope with body image, year-round. Clients must be residents of NJ.

The Art of Empowerment: Virtual Art Therapy Group

We are enrolling now for the group, "The Art of Empowerment" which will meet Mondays starting November 6th, 6:15-7PM, on our virtual platform. Art therapy is known to improve self-esteem and self-image. This group will work to enhance relationships and reduce stress, and is a great addition to your therapeutic treatment, especially if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, or body image. No prior experience necessary- come as you are! Clients must be residents of NJ.
