For over 25 years, as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I have sought to provide the support and tools needed to help people maximize their growth and success. Sometimes the goal is to feel more self confident, perhaps reach for a dream, and at other times the goal is relief from feelings and negative behavior patterns that threaten a happy future. Though I have worked with folks of all ages I have extensive experience working with families, children and teens. Knowing that early intervention is the key to avoiding later mental health difficulties, I have developed a set of skills to facilitate children and families in finding balance and health.
I have over twenty years of experience and have access to many methodologies, including EMDR. My approach to the individual, couple or family I work with is unique and reflects the needs and abilities of each.
