I offer a warm and caring approach and believe that the therapeutic process is most effective when clients and clinicians work together in understanding and resolving life's challenges. I am a firm believer that given the right conditions, each person has the potential for growth and healing. I have experience, insight and understanding on aging, parenting, school and vocational challenges, postpartum depression, infant and pregnancy loss, caregiver burnout, and compassion fatigue. I have extensive experience with individuals and families in crises and training in promoting stabilization, crisis planning, and prevention.
Reaching out for help can be difficult and humbling. It also shows courage, strength and character. Regardless of your past or current circumstance, each person has the potential for change and growth and many will find meaning and personal strength, amidst some of life's most difficult circumstances.
