I work from an integrative framework which I adapt based on each individuals specific challenges, goals, personality and past efforts towards healing and growth. My work is guided by a belief that people have an innate drive towards happiness and an intuitive, unconscious sense of how to bring this to fruition. This inner wisdom can often be stifled and suppressed by various aspects of ones experience, upbringing and psycho-neurological makeup.
A large part of my role is to provide a dedicated space and relational experience that helps to bring this internal guide forward. I have a fairly interactive style offering concrete strategies and feedback while giving space to help facilitate an organic process of healing and growth.
