In my 30 years as a therapist with individuals, couples and groups, I have been a sustaining presence and catalyst for people to open to new possibilities for themselves and make life-affirming choices. My specialties include couples counseling, relationship and women's issues, group facilitation. I am a Certified Imago Relationships therapist and a Safe Conversations Leader (safeconversations.com). I facilitate a bi-weekly Women's Healing and Empowerment Group. Currently I only see clients on zoom. At this time, I am only accepting new referrals for couples therapy.

Working with individuals or couples, my focus is relational---relationship to self and relationship to others.

Women's Support Group During Covid 19

This online zoom group offers a safe, confidential and supportive place for consistent connection during the dark season of the year. The group is especially helpful for women unable to regularly connect with colleagues, friends and family in person or as they did in the past, and is also beneficial for women in stages of life transition such as divorce, empty nest, job loss or retirement. The group provides a non-judgmental space to talk about feelings that are arising for most of us. The focus is on empowerment: cultivating calm and discovering creative ways to care for ourselves.
