Often through sharing our thoughts and struggles with a skilled, empathetic professional, hope can be restored. Also, by learning a few key thinking strategies and other simple mental techniques, together we can reduce and eliminate the feelings of being powerless over how our minds automatically can work against us. NOTE: Couples sessions are cash only - $150.
I specialize in helping you find ways to make your life more manageable. I work in particular with all types of mood disorders, chronic pain management and with couples.
