I am an experienced couples therapist. I am a communication specialist and can help you rebuild trust, love and intimacy. I have helped many couples to renew their relationships. I have written two books--each well-reviewed on Amazon-- that explain my approach. It is innovative and compassionate.
I have trademarked a method---'three-dimensional communication'--that helps partners generate and expand emotional safety in their relationship. I am certified in couples therapy, family therapy, EFT, EMDR, hypnosis. I am co-director of the Family and Couples Treatment Service, a division of the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy-- in New York City.
I help clients look at their conversations in terms of the words spoken (first dimension of communication), the underlying feelings expressed (second dimension) and then we consider the deepest level--is what is being conveyed advancing the creation of emotional safety? Or not? From there connection, intimacy and trust develop mindfully.
