I am a New York state licensed psychologist who works in the areas of psychotherapy and neuropsychological assessment. As a psychotherapist, I work with individual adults and adolescents. Specific areas of interest include mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, and transitional difficulties associated with adolescence and early adulthood. My work in neuropsychological assessment includes the evaluation of ADHD, learning disorders, speech and language disorders, pervasive developmental disorders, and mood disorders. With a background in teaching, I integrate consultation with the school system into the process of identifying appropriate supports.
In addition to my clinical practice, I have supervised post-doctoral students in both neuropsychological assessment and psychotherapy.
In all of my work, my goal is to help people develop tools to better tackle immediate struggles as well as build a greater self-awareness that allows for a more active and fulfilling life.
