Do you ever feel like nobody understands you? Do you ever feel like you just need someone to talk to? I am here to help! As a therapist I like to provide a non-judgmental environment with empathy and genuineness to help the therapeutic process. My intention as a therapist is to aid you in your healing journey. Don't be afraid to get help! I understand that life and its struggles can be difficult and at times may feel unbearable. I have found that sometimes people do not know why they feel anxious, fearful, angry or hopeless. I do understand. I became a therapist to help make this process a little easier.
I recently remembered my blood type is B Positive, which completely fits my personality! I like to think of myself as a funny, empathetic and kind person who is down to earth and can use humor throughout my therapy work. I am trained in EMDR and work with clients who are wanting to resolve issues surrounding trauma, codependency and life transitions.
