I have experience addressing relationship issues, mood imbalances, anxiety, adjustment, trauma, low self-esteem, stress, grief/loss, coping with pain/illness, addiction, co-dependency, sexuality, etc. I enjoy integrating humor, relaxation, mindfulness, stress management, attachment, DBT skills, creativity, recovery, wellness, solution-focus, goal setting, relationship skills, spirituality (when relevant), and education.
I've worked in prevention, outpatient, inpatient, non-profit, hospital, and private practice settings. I've worked with kids/teens, adults, couples and families. A great deal of experience with cases related to mental/emotional health and addiction/co-dependency. Building mastery in EFT with couples, which is the gold standard in couple's counseling.
