I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, and I integrate a wide range of interventions that pull from many different schools of thought. Overall, my goal is to build a strong and trusting relationship with my client. Furthermore, my focus is to aid my client in building a stronger mind body connection and to encourage personal growth through the use of self compassion, mindfulness, and shame resilience.
I enjoy working with teens and adults who are looking for an authentic and embodied therapist. I use various approaches that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Mindful Self Compassion, and work from Brene Brown.
I find that sharing myself with others has deepened and enriched my life in endurable ways. Therefore, building a relationship with my client, that is based in authenticity and vulnerability, is my primary focus. Where we go from there is up to you!
